You can pay with Paypal using a Paypal account or any debit and credit card. You do not need to have a Paypal account, just choose to pay by debit or credit card at the checkout.
2. Do I need to have an account to shop with you?
No. You can checkout as guest but it is beneficial to have an account with us. It is very simple to sign up and allows you to order easily without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. Having an account also enables you to receive benefits such as order tracking, newsletters, and exclusive discounts and special offers.
You can create an account now, or start shopping straight away and set up your account when you check out.
3. What currency can I use?
You can view prices in various currencies however you will checkout in our store currency which is US Dollars. If you choose a currency from the list in the top right corner of the page, all our prices will be displayed in that currency.
4. Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver internationally to over 200 countries worldwide.
Delivery time will depend on your country and the location of the manufacturer. Most express international delivery will take between 3 – 7 days. We offer FREE standard international shipping for all our products, which can take between 7 to 20 days depending on your country and the location of the manufacturer. Please note that where the manufacturer is based in China, Free shipping time can range between 10 to 30 days. It won’t feel like such a long wait when you think about the great value product on it’s way to you. You will look forward to your luxury product for less and it will be with you before you know it!

5. How much will delivery cost?
We offer FREE standard international shipping for all our products. Items are dispatched from different manufacturers so you may pay separate delivery charge for each item order through a paid delivery method. This is the same as searching for and ordering from different websites. However, we will cap your delivery fee at $50 so you never pay more than $50 for delivery regardless of how many manufacturers you buy from in one order.
We offer FREE express worldwide shipping on all order over $500.
Yes, all our products are direct from the manufacturer at low prices. If you need to buy a large number of products, please email info@luxuryandme.com and will give you a discount depending on the volume of your purchase.
To sell on luxury and me as one of our brands, please contact us with information about your brand, your website if any and contact details. We will review the information and get back to you.
If you haven’t received your order by the estimated delivery date, we’re here to help. Please kindly check the following before you contact us:
- Track your order using the tracking code sent to you, if applicable.
- Sign into My Account to check your delivery address and contact details are up to date.
- Check your for messages or attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.
If you still can’t find your parcel, please email us using the contact us form and quote your order number. We’ll reply as soon as possible and do our best to locate your parcel. If it cannot be found, we may arrange a replacement or refund for you.
